Best brownies I&#39;ve had. Having said that, I couldn&#39;t taste the matcha, neither could my friends and family. I made matcha brownies to have a good combination of matcha and chocolate in a brownie but I think maybe these have matcha for the health benefits. Each year I make two batches of tea, one in spring and one in fall. I dry the leaves on a clean cotton sheet in the spare bedroom, closing the door to keep the cats away. You are right; the smell when I enter the room is absolutely wonderful.
